Facial Treatment

Excellent Service Award 2006, celebrities photographs, Must Be GOOD????!!!!!......

This is the email they sent me after calling me. They called me total about 5 times, two times to fix an appointment, three times to confirm the appointment. I was being 'qing chai'(teochew=ok=anything), and I fixed an appointment with them, the day and time to my convenient. But they were very irritating. First time they called, said want to call me back, never. The next time they called, I told them a day and time I was okay with it, which was Thursday 3.7.08, 4pm. This 'young girl' said would call me again or sms to tell me the address the Thursday week. However, the next day I received another person's call, this time a 'older woman' whose name was Maggie.

She was very irritating. I had already fixed appointment with the 'younger gir'. But on and on she talked and talked and mentioned about their benefits, their 'sure to win' lucky dip, but hesitant about it. Despite the fact that I told her that I already fixed the appointment, she asked me again and again, "so next Monday, Tuesday you can a not?" So irritated by this sort of people. People already told you the date I WANT, and she kept asking, wanted to push the day forward. If she wanted to ask some more, I am not going -- I was so patient with her.

Before she put down the phone, she asked for my email. That was another headache, real HEADACHE. I don't know she had problems with hearing or I have problems with pronounciation. Anyway, the email was sent and I received, as shown above.


The shop front, told me it was very new, special, but does not look BRAND NEW... their Sales Tactics again...

The reason I agreed to go:
1. Free Facial
2. Richard agreed to go with me - I want to take this opportunity to go City Hall, and also Cathedral of the Good Shepherd

I asked them many time, and even on the day when I stepped into their shop -- Is it Free? Is there really SO GOOD, FREE and got FREE GIFT like the email had written?


For a trip to Biofocus I spent S$88....Is not Free after all, You won't get to see these on TV, you won't get to hear this ON TV, CELEBRITY WON'T Say these

MY EXPERIENCE at BIOFOCUS:
Look at the 'mess' on my chest and neck. Prior to that I SPECIALLY INSTRUCTED the girl, which I asked her for her name, and she was reluctant to say, but still said. Service Award, what kind of service? What kind of criteria do you use to judge and what kind of people being 'used' to offer them this kind of title 'Service AWARD'? Never introduced themselves, Never wear name tag, never greet people, but all they asked was INFORMATION ABOUT CUSTOMERS, contact details, very important, Everything they want to know, but WE KNOW nothing about them.

Why $88? Not Free??
You must know something called TACTICS, this type of people in this line is VERY GOOD at that. My experience with these type of people, all the same, from BOON LAY, accompanied my mother, my sister and I saw and I heard, and now the ULTIMATE!

After filling up form, went to the room, lied down and they 'spat' a 'lump sum of cream' on the face. This is vitamin C, and blah blah blah, said your face how serious it is and how they can help you. The free one? Don't need to ask anymore. Just the 'One spat' and 'rub the whole face' that's it, the Vitamin C facial. It would soon be over and there you get out of the room. Well, I would not be so 'nasty' and be so direct to you this time. I tried 'lor'.

How much? You said you are direct, I also AM DIRECT. Don't need to beat about the bush -- Said so much, I already know what you want! Blah blah blah and blah blah blah, said want to give me this, give me that, but in the end, when I left the shop, EMPTY HANDED.

I signed for a bottle of $88 'thing', never even showed me what is the thing I paid for, and there were only two names on the shit, me and another woman named Mable. She suffered the same fate as me -- very obvious.

After the Facial, I did not feel any different to my skin, even now, EVERYBODY said it was the same. Tell you, my face even have two red scratches, so painful -- like a cat. I told the woman, Ali, to protect her privacy, though I know her full name. Such a lengthy story, I got so much to say about them..... some more to come... To Be Continued
